The 2008 Mischief returns to its 2006 roots as a nearly equal blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with enough Cabernet Franc and Merlot to make to bring the mischief to a new level. Intense aromas of blackberry, blueberry, spice and herbs announce Mischief. On the palate rich berry and plums mix with dried herbs and a hint of tobacco through a long, smooth finish. A rich, full bodied wine aged for 20 months in French Oak.
In 2008 the deep cherry and chocolate of Syrah is joined by the black fruits of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Deep red raspberry, cherry and Indian spices with hints of tangerine greet you. Spicy, smooth and complex with the signature cherry, dark chocolate and berries of the 2007 wine, 2008 CloudBurst is a beautiful wine aged for 20 months in predominantly French Oak.
Arc-en-ciel is our newest blend that focuses on the synergy of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The wine opens with a rich aromatic swirl of ripe red cherries, plums, toffee and hints of mocha. On the palate the cherry and plum are joined by red raspberry, blueberry and caramel in a velvety smooth entry. Ample mid palate texture gives way to a long cherry, berry and caramel finish. The flavors are rich and bright from a collection of wines aged in French and American oak.
A full bodied wine with intense aroma of raspberry and blackberry, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, black pepper and honey. Very smooth on the palate with generous black fruit, blueberry, cherry, plums, tobacco and tannin. Finishes with a lingering raspberry note. Aged for 20 months in French and American oak barrels.
CloudBurst opens with aromas of berries, mocha, toffee, milk chocolate, chili, cumin, a hint of orange, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate a smooth entry yields to a rich blend of cherries, blueberries, blackberries and cinnamon. Aged for 20 months in 75 % French and 25% American oak barrels.
